David has done a few jobs on our house and he is excellent. We bought our first home and unfortunately it had many issues mostly condensation and mould. We had no idea where to begin. Many trades people came to give us their verdict but we didn’t trust what they had to say. We almost gave up until David replied to our post on here. He was able to find out all the issues in the house from a rotting gable, cracked wall, poor windows, rotted wood… he replaced the gable, fixed the walls, made and installed new frames to hold new cladding with insulation and then the windows and doors. Fab.

We would highly recommend Dave. He is very professional and his work is excellent. Nothing is too much of a problem for him and he is very polite and courteous.

We needed a new front door and kitchen window at short notice. Dave was very helpful and his communication from the start to the finish was fantastic. Richard and Kate who installed our door and window on the day were very professional, polite and hardworking. We would not hesitate to use Dave and his team again and would highly recommend them.

Polite, courteous and great workmanship. The guys were very practical when faced with problems and worked diligently, without rushing anything. I also required scaffolding and professional painters, which was handled and outsourced by the team, so I didn’t have to worry and all conducted at a reasonable price.

I had all my windows and doors replaced by Summit. I was very impressed by the professional, efficient and friendly service provided by Dave and Aaron. So much so that I have just had a lovely new conservatory fitted. My home has been totally transformed! Thanks Dave & Aaron.
